USM - Unser Schönes Mittelsachsen was founded in 2022 with the aim of acquiring existing properties in rural Saxony. USM's business model includes the purchase, portfolio development and rental of residential properties throughout Saxony. The focus is on properties with good motorway or public transport connections.
